Australian medical registration and migration visa support, handled completely in-house.

Most recruitment agencies hand you a checklist and a number for an external migration agent. Wavelength does not.
Our registered migration agents, AHPRA specialists and GP regulatory experts are part of your Wavelength team, sitting in the same office as your recruiter. That means your job search and your AHPRA registration happen simultaneously, not sequentially. Your consultant knows where you are up to with AHPRA. Your migration agent knows which role you have accepted. Nothing falls through the cracks.

How our in-house regulatory and migration experts support you
Wavelength's in-house regulatory and migration team manages every stage of your relocation, not just the recruitment step.
- Registration and credentialing: AHPRA registration across all pathways, Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) registration for doctors moving to New Zealand, and primary source verification of your qualifications through EPIC, the AMC's verification platform, so credential checks do not stall your application.
- Medicare and billing: provider number applications, Section 19AB exemptions, and DPA or DWS classification advice depending on whether you are a GP or a specialist.
- Visa and migration: TSS 482, ENS 186 and Skilled visa applications, managed by our Registered Migration Agents (MARN-registered), including dependent family visas.
One team handles all three, so nothing gets lost between your recruiter, your registration and your visa.
